Derecho y Ciencias Sociales es una revista electrónica arbitrada, con periodicidad semestral, que edita la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Tiene por objetivo difundir producciones socio-jurídicas que sean el producto de investigaciones y ensayos con el propósito general de contribuir al conocimiento social sobre el orden jurídico y la realidad en la que está inmerso. Se ofrece como un espacio de reflexión y de producción para los profesionales de las ciencias sociales involucrados en el estudio de las diversas problemáticas que atraviesan el derecho.

Derecho y Ciencias Sociales is an arbitrated electronic journal, with biannual publication frequency, that publishes the Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Its objective is the publication of essays and /or scientific papers showing the results of ongoing research and to serve as a channel for reaching out to society and spreading the knowledge on the legal system in real context. It offers room for critical reflections and it is a showcase for the writings of those specialized in the Social Sciences who are interested in the various and complex aspects of the matter.
