Resumen
Objective: To analyze socio-demographic patterns of consumption of artificial drinks sweetened with sugar (BAA, in Spanish) and with low or non-caloric sweeteners (BASA, in Spanish) in the Argentinean adult population. Methodology: Cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational study based on the Nutrition and Health National Survey conducted in 2018 and 2019 in urban areas. Bivariate and multivariate analyses were conducted with logistic regressions. Results: BAA consumption is higher among the population with lower levels of education and income, those who live in a house without a water pipe, among men, younger groups, those who live in a home with children, and among those with a diagnosis of diabetes or high cholesterol. The effect of gender decreases among the oldest group and the age effect is lower among women. A reverse pattern of consumption of BASA is observed for several variables: It is higher among people with higher levels of income and education, those who have access to a house with water pipe, among women and those with a diagnosis of diabetes or high cholesterol. Limitations: The quantitative source used is previous to the mandatory incorporation of critical nutrients labels in drinks packages. Conclusions: The consumption of BAA is very high in Argentina; similar to patterns observed in other countries is socially stratified and shaped by gender and age. Public policies are needed to reduce it consumptions due to its negative effects for health.

Resumen
Objectives: To describe the processes of the migratory phenomenon, as well as the practices of strengthening cultural identity among the indigenous inhabitants of the Municipality of Pahuatlán, Puebla. Methodology: Ethnographic research was conducted through semi-structured interviews, informal direct talks with family members and migrants from the communities of San Pablito and Xolotla. Results: The networks built by the indigenous migrants of the region have contributed to establish communities in different cities of the country and abroad; likewise, several traditional practices were found that migrants replicate or support inside and outside their communities, which directly impacts the strengthening of the cultural identity of the migrant settlers. Limitations: Within the methodology there were some interviews that were conducted in video calls with different applications, where the connectivity (signal) was not very good and at certain times the calls were cut off, which complicated the collection of information. Conclusions: The cultural expressions that migrants reproduce outside their communities support the strengthening of cultural identity and rootedness to their territory; likewise, when migrants return to their communities, they obtain social recognition among the population and can position themselves in different spaces of power and decision making within their communities.

Resumen
Objective: To explain the components that can be part of the understanding, organization and transmission of beekeeping knowledge that allow visualizing ethics as a basis for the balance of sustainability and human development. Methodology: A critical analysis of the discourse applied to the in-depth interviews conducted with eleven beekeepers from Ecatzingo, State of Mexico, Mexico, we conducted. Results: Preserving and transmitting beekeeping knowledge are the components that conserve and exercise the maintenance of apiaries and in turn strengthen regional pollination, food security, the economy of rural families and human sustainability, although this implies the retention of bees outside their wild nature, the extraction of the results of their hive and continuous vigilance to their privacy as a living unit of the ecosystem. Limitations: The application of the instrument did not include other main actors such as consumers, intermediaries, or public actors. Conclusions: The transmission and preservation of beekeeping knowledge has a strong influence in fostering ethics for sustainability, because during the exercise of their trade the value for life is placed in front of any other component, this attracts as consequence improvements to the environment that impact all species in the beekeeping environment where humans as a society are also present.

Resumen
Objective: To analyze the intention and purchasing behavior of packaged food with a low number of Warning Labels and their relationship with sociodemographic factors. Methodology: Quantitative, cross-sectional, and non-experimental study. Through proportional probabilistic sampling, 407 adults aged between 30 and 60, living in Hermosillo, Sonora, were selected. The Contreras-Galleguillos et al. (2018) scale was used for data collection. Participants were recruited in 28 supermarkets located in different sectors of the city. Results: 70% of the participants were female. The sociodemographic analysis showed statistically significant differences between low and high levels of education for the purchase intention variable (p>0.005). It was observed that higher intention correlates with a higher probability of purchasing behavior (p>0.001). Limitations: The cross-sectional design limited the ability to establish the impact on purchase intention and behavior before and after the implementation of Warning Labels. Conclusions: Purchasing decisions may be influenced by the level of education, however, it is also important to define external factors that influence, such as the variety of products offered and prices, which vary according to the geographical area, local traditions, and access or availability of products.

Resumen
Objective: This study focuses on identifying and analyzing the links that emerge among the territorial agents in the municipality of Naupan, Puebla. The research seeks to understand how the actions of these actors shape both the local social fabric and the productive structure. The central objective is to examine the interaction between these elements to understand their influence on the definition and direction of territorial development. Methodology: A mixed-methods approach was employed, including the administration of questionnaires to 109 heads of productive family units. This generated a pathway to test items related to organizational scope and collaborative actions of producers using a multivariate statistical technique that supported the design and identification of latent variables. Results: The results indicate the establishment of actions with high recursive capabilities. Although no significant incidence was observed between institutional actions and capacity management, a significant correlation was found in the capacity for endogenous organization, which is derived from the process of link-building among producers. Limitations: The study is limited to identifying qualitative variables that are correlated with other linked (partial) variables. The theoretical framework of territorial analysis was the basis for constructing the structural model, making it a unique model for theoretical-empirical contrast. Conclusions: The identified factors contribute to the development of capabilities and positively influence the processes that shape and empower the territory from a local perspective.

Resumen
Objective: To analyze the impact of increases in the price of alfalfa on the inventory, production and price of bovine milk, to determine the dynamic trend of the milk market in the Comarca Lagunera. Methodology: A dynamic simultaneous equations model of the milk market was estimated in the study region, and time series from 1997 to 2022 were used. Results: under a scenario where there is a 50 % increase in the price of the alfalfa, it would have a direct effect on the alfalfa market, by decreasing inventory and production by 6.2 and 25.3 % respectively, with a consequent increase of 8.7 % in the price of milk. Limitations: Because it is a regional market, the import variable was not considered. Conclusions: The milk market shows a stable trend, but production is vulnerable to increases in the price of alfalfa. To reduce this vulnerability, it is necessary to increase regional alfalfa production, making more efficient use of water, which would allow for an increase in irrigated areas.

Resumen
Objective: To identify the attributes of valorization for mezcal produced in the state of Puebla using the free word association technique. Methodology: 200 mezcal consumers were surveyed, where they were shown an image of mezcal produced in Puebla and asked to write three words or ideas they associated with it. The words were analyzed, and diversity and rarity indices were obtained. Subsequently, they were grouped by categories, classified into tangible (utilitarian) and intangible (symbolic). K-proportion tests and the Marascuilo procedure were conducted. A wheel of meanings was obtained, and a principal component analysis was performed. Results: The utilitarian meaning had a greater representation, indicating that consumers value more the tangible attributes of the mezcal, evoking words from the categories of beverage and accessories, and raw material. Also, the categories of psychological meanings of hedonism, identity, and tradition were significant. Limitations: Participation only of people who consume mezcal from Puebla. Conclusions: The word association study allowed us to understand the attributes that consumers most associate with Puebla mezcal. Symbolic and utilitarian psychological meanings were differentiated, with utilitarian meanings having the highest percentage.
